I was looking through Google for a new garage door company because the one I used before was horrible. I chose your company and it was the best decision I've made in a very long time. Brock was my tech and he is absolutely wonderful. If all your employees are as good as him you have everything. All was done with perfection and I am very happy

Spring on 16ft door failed at 11am Wed. Found Precision that had afternoon availability at 2pm. Took about an hr to change springs. Done by 3pm. Good quick service. Another company couldn't get us in till Mon.
