Called on a Saturday and made an appointment for first thing on Monday after my garage door wouldn’t stay closed. It was completely my fault due to me not pulling in far enough and the garage door got stuck on the lip of a piece the vehicle. It was estimated a technician would arrive between 8am-12pm and Richard S. arrived about 8:30am. He immediately knew what the problem was, fixed it, and even gave me a heads up of possible issues I may have in the future and what not to do if/when it happens so it won’t make the situation worse. He was very knowledgeable, honest, and personable. I’m grateful it was a quick and easy fix, and didn’t try to sell me on repairing components that weren’t needed to resolve the problem.

So impressed with prompt contact from technician Richard Simmons. He diagnosed our situation quickly and really thought through the measures necessary to resolve our situation. Prompt and friendly BUT receptionist said repairs are done and when technician came he wouldn't even open it and said they dont do that. Charged me $60, saying I "declined repairs" clearly I did not decline repairs I declined an $800 new opener.
