After A-Z failed to show up or. All me, the next day After 9am I. Called precision door, they said they could be here between noon and 2:00, I got another call from them, an employee was just leaving Canton and wanted to know if it was okay he came by around 11:00, I said yes, Dylin came quickly, he examined my problem, and showed me what was wrong, as I saw these things myself the day before, he showed me some photos and prices of other garage door openers, so I chose one and he installed it the same day, he was very professional more like a family member,. I would recommend precision door to anyone. My name is Marijane Thomas I live in Eden village, near Hanna City

I would love to leave a glowing review of work well done...but I can't. No work has been done. No calls returned. Nothing. Over 6 weeks have gone by since I gave the deposit. I've called, written emails, called so many times the answering service people might start sending me Christmas cards we've spoken so much. Getting the quote was fairly straight forward getting the actual work done not so much. My garage is sitting exposed to the elements and heaven forbid any passers by that decide to take an interest in what is inside. Can't say I'm happy. If a miracle happens any time soon, I'll be sure to post that.

Our spring broke and havoc ensued when my grandson hit the garage door opener trying to help papaw. Coils unspooled and wrapped around the bar. It was a hot mess and my wife’s car trapped inside. We got an appointment on a Saturday afternoon. Richard was great to deal with. Very personable and got everything taken care of timely. I would certainly recommend Precision Garage Door Service to anyone in need.

Totally overpriced. Will not be calling for service again. Asked for a quote to replace springs on a 8ftX6ft manual opening overhead door and was quoted over $2000.

We called Precision because we had seen the commercials. Dylan Egli arrived promptly and assessed the damage to to the opener. He took photos and explained to us exactly why the opener should be replaced. Then he wrote up and offered three options for the job. We chose one and he began the work. In a very short time the replacement was complete. The new opener is much quieter than our last and fits more securely. We are extremely happy with the light on the track also. It makes a dark garage much brighter, Dylan did a wonderful job and we are delighted with our new opener. Thank you!

Tech Richard Simmons arrived, inspected the situation. He promptly explained what had happened and what needed to be done. Then he went to work in my hot garage for two hours and I ended up with a stable, quiet door that worked perfectly again.i am so glad I called Precision! And thankful that they sent a really great tech, Richard Simmons.

Website and ad on T.V. is how I chose Precision. I believe my workers name was Richard. He was very nice and helpful. I couldn't get my garage door open the night before. Called Precision and he came within an hour and half. He tested my opener and it was decided I needed a new garage door opener. Mine was old and looked it. I decided at least 25 years or more. I was given a choice on different openers. He answered all my questions. I really like the new one especially the automatic light that comes on when going out the back door. The garage door is also quieter. I thank you much Richard.
