My garage door broke and I had no way of leaving my home. I first called another place that couldn't come out for several days. Scheduled with precision and had someone out to my place that afternoon. Brock got quickly busy and repaired my door.

I was experiencing a problem with my garage doors. Excessive vibration and shaking when going up, I placed a call to your business on 06/26. I talked to Casandra. She was courteous, knowledgeable and sensitive to my problem. She offered a service call that could be made on 06/28 between 10am and 2pm, That window was acceptable. On 06/28 a service tech placed a phone call to me at appx, 915am and was 30 minutes out. Upon arrival, your Tech. Brock Orwig greeted me without hesitation. His overall clean appearance, hand shake, with a smile, and undivided attention as I explained my situation, assured me that I had called the correct business and they had sent the correct Tech, to address my issues. Mr. Orwig's overall appearance, his undivided attention to detain, his arrival on time, his warming personality. and his knowledge of the product he is to service is an asset to himself and your business, Thank you for correcting and providing a somewhat reasonable ending to my problem and situation.

We chose precision door service based on your reputation here in Peoria, as well as your television advertisement. Our garage door was accidentally struck by one of our cars when it was backing in and the door was stuck with rails which were twisted and rollers, which actually fell out on the floor. Brock Orwig was the technician who came out and I must say that he was excellent. He was courteous and quite professional and allowed me to go into the garage with him prior to his starting work, he showed me all of the problems with the door and explained what had happened and what needed to be done to repair it. He offered me two separate options for repair, including a full overhaul and replacement of all older parts as well as a less expensive focused repair only for the specific issues which had occurred the day before. We chose to have the door, fully overhauled and have been very impressed with the quality of his work and the care which he took to complete the job. It turns out that this door is actually 21 years old and it's never been serviced as far as we know. A second garage door in the same building was apparently installed by the homeowner from Menards. Brock showed us that many of the parts were made of plastic and compared it to your steel parts. We plan to have the second door overhauled in a month or so and at the same time, weatherstripping is going to be installed again since it is so old that it has cracked in many places. Great and speedy service. Brock and partner repaired my tension spring with ease. In and out in under a hour. Shared great feedback on questions I had, and new products on the market that would be a upgrade from my current garage door setup. No high pressure sales tactics. We appreciate that the tech came out sunday morning and at least got our door fixed enough to manually open and close it but it was really rough and not completely level. due to it being a commercial motor he couldn't look at the motor but thats not his fault. We had a second company come out to look at the motor and they had to do some adjustments to the previous work on the door. I appreciate what he did do but unfortunately we had to pay the second company to fix some of the repairs they other guy did. I didnt know before calling that our door was considered commercial all I knew was it was an emergency situation and we needed to get the door unstuck.
