I liked the web presentation, especially the ability to book a flexible time for the tech to come out. Brock was very knowledgeable and went through all my options and pricing. I chose a lift-master belt drive opener with remote keypad as well as quiet roller upgrade. I am very impressed by the great service and the opener performance exceeds my expectation. I found my garage door broken on a Sunday afternoon and called Precision to leave a message. I was surprised when I was routed to someone who took down my work order, checked for availability and set up an appointment for Monday between 8-12. Michael showed up at 8:10am and was very personable and knowledgeable. He completed the work within an hour and a half. And TBH, it works better than new. Thank you, Greg

Would highly recommend this company to anyone. Had a spring support break, leaving the door broken and my vehicle stuck in the garage. Called the number and technician Brock O. showed up a few hours later. He was knowledgeable, professional, and a simply a pleasure to work with. He had all the parts in his truck, and was able to have the spring system replaced just a couple hours later. Thanks Brock!

My fairly new garage door opened, but would not shut. Called Precision , because they had installed the door. Lady I talked to said somebody could be here between 10 and two. Called at 10:50 to let me know he was on his way, arrived about 11;12. Worked in it til about 4pm, got it to open and shut, but states it still isn't right. States I can use it, but his boss will be here Friday to look at it. Service e e as fast and he was very professional.
