We appreciate that the tech came out sunday morning and at least got our door fixed enough to manually open and close it but it was really rough and not completely level. due to it being a commercial motor he couldn't look at the motor but thats not his fault. We had a second company come out to look at the motor and they had to do some adjustments to the previous work on the door. I appreciate what he did do but unfortunately we had to pay the second company to fix some of the repairs they other guy did. I didnt know before calling that our door was considered commercial all I knew was it was an emergency situation and we needed to get the door unstuck.

The replacement of garage door springs went well. The technician was on time and very professional in explaining the repair and prices. I thought the repair was really expense as I recall paying about half the price years ago to have springs replacement done. I am also surprised with 30 days warranty coverage. I would have thought a first rate company like Precision would stand behind its parts and labor much longer than 30 days. Had I known this upfront would probably have inquired before making a sourcing decision for the repair. I hope the new door springs last much longer than the warranty period.

The springs on my garage door broke last Friday. I called another company who had replaced my garage door opener many years back, but they never responded. I decided to contact Precision Garage Door Service and they responded back immediately and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Charlie arrived early this morning and replaced all the parts. He was great! Super nice guy and diligently worked until it was complete and working properly.

I had to have a garage door sensor replaced on one door and the other door needed to be realigned. I called at 9am and a technician was at my house in just two hours! Came home to broke springs on garage. Precision was able to come out within two hours of my call. Brock was able to get here early then quoted. He explained the job and offered multiple options. The job was done in a timely manner and Brock went over everything explaining maintenance and all. I would use again !

We were extremely satisfied with your service. Charlie is very good ar what he does. Very pleasant and knowledgeable. we needed something done right away. Our car was in the garage. And no way to get it out. A service man came on a Sunday to evaluate the problem. The very next day Charlie was installing a new garage door. You cant ask for better service than that.

Did we meet your expectations? I expected good service and received good service. Did we solve your problem? yes Were the people who represent our company courteous and professional? yes, definitely. Were they helpful? yes Was there anything in our advertising that gave you more confidence (e.g., Quick response, Local, BBB rated)? no. I am still in sticker shock. The cost to replace the springs on the garage door is 3 times what I expected. I was in a bind a had to accept.

Great and speedy service. Brock and partner repaired my tension spring with ease. In and out in under a hour. Shared great feedback on questions I had, and new products on the market that would be a upgrade from my current garage door setup. No high pressure sales tactics. Felt comfortable with them the entire time and arrived on site within my requested time slot. Provided a call when they were on the way, and I would recommend them over other companies in the area. The repair was fairly priced and the garage performs as well as it did prior to the tension spring snapping. I look forward to working with them again in the future.
