Precision more than met my expectations! My problem was solved, quickly! Mike was courteous, professional and helpful. Precision does things right the first and only time. This is a company I can count on. I have used Precision in the past and Brock did an outstanding job installing my new springs on my garage door. I can't say enough about how great Precision is.

The technician did an excellent repair job. Very fast, professional, and friendly. The costs however were very high and it took 4 days and several calls to get a copy of my receipt.

My experience with Precision today was excellent. My technician Dylan could not of been nicer. He was courteous and very hard working. I will say Precision went above anything I ever expected. They corrected the mistakes, made by Superior Garage, just one month ago, at no extra cost to me. Those corrections would have been hundreds of dollars. What company does that nowadays? I will be forever grateful to Precision and Dylan. I would recommend Precision whole heartedly.
