I found my garage door broken on a Sunday afternoon and called Precision to leave a message. I was surprised when I was routed to someone who took down my work order, checked for availability and set up an appointment for Monday between 8-12. Michael showed up at 8:10am and was very personable and knowledgeable. He completed the work within an hour and a half. And TBH, it works better than new. Thank you, Greg

I understand I signed the agreement for replacement and one may expect a company to be higher however your prices are robbery without a Gun. Charge $350 per spring and $153 for cables. The highest price spring I can find of the same size is $135 for a pair and the cables are $20 a pair The tech was here maybe 1.5 hours let's say 2 and another for travel so the material is $155.00 let's allow 100% mark-up which is unfair gives us material at $310 and labor 3@$70 for 210 $520 tops. I called other doors places; guess I should have called first instead of trusting they were around $300

The overall experience was perfect-from the beginning-scheduling my appointment, to getting a call from the technician on ETA and then confirmation from the company with technicians name and a brief bio along with a photo ( great safety feature). Once Brock arrived he listened to my issue and I pointed out the obvious spring break. He explained to me what his next steps would involve. Before the initial repair work began, a thorough inspection was completed. Once the inspection was finished Brock, reviewed his findings with me. Brock, did an excellent job explaining my options, including the associated costs. He was very tidy and informative during the installation of the new items. Now, my choices did cost a little more but it didn’t have to be. We use the garage door as our front door, so you can imagine how often it goes up and down when we both work AND I wanted the quietness. I also wanted the peace of mind the door would work if power was lost so I upgraded to a battery backup garage door opener. The plan is to have new siding and roof replaced in the spring of 2025 so a new garage door was also ordered. The company worked with me on the cost because another new spring will need to be installed with the new door and I am having a new high service spring installed today. I appreciated the help I was given in the added cost-It worked out to where I wasn’t paying for it twice. I would highly recommend the company, PRECISION GARAGE DOOR— request Brock if you can, I will meet Charlie next with the door install-I am positive, I will feel the same about him and his work ethic. Spring on 16ft door failed at 11am Wed. Found Precision that had afternoon availability at 2pm. Took about an hr to change springs. Done by 3pm. Good quick service. Another company couldn't get us in till Mon.

I called their Bloomington location on a Friday at 4:30p. The CS rep was very helpful and indicated they could be on site to review our door the next day (Saturday) at 8A. Michael (technician) arrived right at 8A, reviewed the issues and the repair, made the repair and was done in less than 2 hours. I would highly recommend this company!

My fairly new garage door opened, but would not shut. Called Precision , because they had installed the door. Lady I talked to said somebody could be here between 10 and two. Called at 10:50 to let me know he was on his way, arrived about 11;12. Worked in it til about 4pm, got it to open and shut, but states it still isn't right. States I can use it, but his boss will be here Friday to look at it. Service e e as fast and he was very professional.
