I had seen a local news report concerning people in the community being taken advantage of so called garage door companies. So when I needed help, I made sure I contacted a company who was reputable. Dylan was just the blessing that everyone prays for. He explained everything to me. Showed me what was exactly wrong and how much it would cost me, down to the penny. Plus he could do it right then! Thank you for sending him. The next morning when I pushed the button to open the door, I thought something was wrong. I couldn’t hear the door going up. It still catches me off guard…no clinging and clanking while the door rises. Who knew?!

I am pricing a complete garage door replacement, including the garage door opener. Brock came out first thing this morning and spent a good amount of time with me. He helped me understand the choices I had and completely answered all my questions. I appreciated his time and the options he gave me based on what my needs are at this time.

So impressed with prompt contact from technician Richard Simmons. He diagnosed our situation quickly and really thought through the measures necessary to resolve our situation. He explained the pros and cons of our options clearly and honestly, even salvaging garage rails that we assumed would need to be replaced. It was a hot, muggy day, but Richard stuck with it. And we were no longer stuck in our garage! Not long after, our son’s garage door failed. We confidently referred him to your company, with a positive outcome, as well.

I had seen your ads on TV and my son pulled your info as recommended when trying to find a service to respond when my door opener failed to work. Your technician was prompt. current and listened attentively when I was describing what had happened and what we had tried ( to no avail!). He spent a good deal of time trying to find the problem, updating me as he went, and finally determined the old opener had reached the end of its time and I would need to get a new opener. He explained that he had 3rd placement openers with varying levels of price and assets. There was never any pressure of which one I should purchase- and even offered to leave and let me think it over if I felt more comfortable doing so. He waited patiently and offered reminders when I texted my son and then proceeded to complete installation, synced it to my phone, and checked to a make sure it worked properly. He was at all times pleasant, courteous and made b my e feel at ease with the entire process. I was very pleased!

I was experiencing a problem with my garage doors. Excessive vibration and shaking when going up, I placed a call to your business on 06/26. I talked to Casandra. She was courteous, knowledgeable and sensitive to my problem. She offered a service call that could be made on 06/28 between 10am and 2pm, That window was acceptable. On 06/28 a service tech placed a phone call to me at appx, 915am and was 30 minutes out. Upon arrival, your Tech. Brock Orwig greeted me without hesitation. His overall clean appearance, hand shake, with a smile, and undivided attention as I explained my situation, assured me that I had called the correct business and they had sent the correct Tech, to address my issues. Mr. Orwig's overall appearance, his undivided attention to detain, his arrival on time, his warming personality. and his knowledge of the product he is to service is an asset to himself and your business, Thank you for correcting and providing a somewhat reasonable ending to my problem and situation.

The fellow who fixed my door was professional and friendly. Although I would have liked to have a key fob opener remote like I bought for the old broken opener, I would certainly use this company for door repair.

From the beginning when I called Precision Door, I felt like this company cared about their customers. They were at my home within three hours. Found out that my garage door couldn’t be repaired. Gave me a cost estimate. Took the old garage door away. Came a few days later and installed a new garage door. It wasn’t the one I ordered, but they didn’t have the one I wanted and needed to order it. A few weeks later, the garage door that I wanted is now installed. I can’t believe how quiet it is!!
