I could not be happier with the service I received from Precision Garage Door. I easily made an online appointment for the day we got back from vacation as one of my garage door springs broke the morning we departed. The technician arrived before the scheduled appointment time and had my estimate to me in less than ten minutes. I agreed to everything recommended due to all parts being onsite and time estimated to repair. All items were repaired or replaced in under two hours and I could not have been happier. I highly recommend Precision for your garage door needs. In this day and age, good service is hard to come by, but Precision performs above and beyond. I will be using them again. Thanks!

We called Precision because you were open on Sunday. The motor for our current garage door opener was hanging by only one bracket and we deemed it unsafe. Molly scheduled the service call and she was helpful, friendly and professional. Richard was the tech who “saved us”! He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable! We called Precision because of your Sunday hours. Going forward, we will only call Precision (and Richard) for any garage door work needed. And we will recommend your company to all we know.

I called on New Years Day needing my garage doors to be repaired and Brock came out the same day on the holiday and spent about 4 hours to completely replace the motors and all of the equipment so that both garage doors would operate perfectly. I was completely satisfied and highly recommend this company.

Great and speedy service. Brock and partner repaired my tension spring with ease. In and out in under a hour. Shared great feedback on questions I had, and new products on the market that would be a upgrade from my current garage door setup. No high pressure sales tactics. Felt comfortable with them the entire time and arrived on site within my requested time slot. Provided a call when they were on the way, and I would recommend them over other companies in the area. The repair was fairly priced and the garage performs as well as it did prior to the tension spring snapping. I look forward to working with them again in the future.

The replacement of garage door springs went well. The technician was on time and very professional in explaining the repair and prices. I thought the repair was really expense as I recall paying about half the price years ago to have springs replacement done. I am also surprised with 30 days warranty coverage. I would have thought a first rate company like Precision would stand behind its parts and labor much longer than 30 days. Had I known this upfront would probably have inquired before making a sourcing decision for the repair. I hope the new door springs last much longer than the warranty period.
