Website and ad on T.V. is how I chose Precision. I believe my workers name was Richard. He was very nice and helpful. I couldn't get my garage door open the night before. Called Precision and he came within an hour and half. He tested my opener and it was decided I needed a new garage door opener. Mine was old and looked it. I decided at least 25 years or more. I was given a choice on different openers. He answered all my questions. I really like the new one especially the automatic light that comes on when going out the back door. Called on a Saturday and made an appointment for first thing on Monday after my garage door wouldn’t stay closed. It was completely my fault due to me not pulling in far enough and the garage door got stuck on the lip of a piece the vehicle. It was estimated a technician would arrive between 8am-12pm and Richard S. arrived about 8:30am. He immediately knew what the problem was, fixed it, and even gave me a heads up of possible issues I may have in the future and what not to do if/when it happens so it won’t make the situation worse. He was very knowledgeable, honest, and personable. I’m grateful it was a quick and easy fix, and didn’t try to sell me on repairing components that weren’t needed to resolve the problem.

Michael called and said he could come earlier than the appointment. He arrived and figured out a way to insert the emergency release back in the housing that I had pulled out. He could have just said I can’t fix it and we don’t support that brand so you will have to order a new trolly and find someone to install it but he took the time to think about how he could reinsert the part and his idea worked flawlessly

So impressed with prompt contact from technician Richard Simmons. He diagnosed our situation quickly and really thought through the measures necessary to resolve our situation. He explained the pros and cons of our options clearly and honestly, even salvaging garage rails that we assumed would need to be replaced. It was a hot, muggy day, but Richard stuck with it. And we were no longer stuck in our garage! Not long after, our son’s garage door failed. We confidently referred him to your company, with a positive outcome, as well.

I had seen your ads on TV and my son pulled your info as recommended when trying to find a service to respond when my door opener failed to work. Your technician was prompt. current and listened attentively when I was describing what had happened and what we had tried ( to no avail!). He spent a good deal of time trying to find the problem, updating me as he went, and finally determined the old opener had reached the end of its time and I would need to get a new opener. He explained that he had 3rd placement openers with varying levels of price and assets. There was never any pressure of which one I should purchase- and even offered to leave and let me think it over if I felt more comfortable doing so. He waited patiently and offered reminders when I texted my son and then proceeded to complete installation, synced it to my phone, and checked to a make sure it worked properly. He was at all times pleasant, courteous and made b my e feel at ease with the entire process. I was very pleased!
