The replacement of garage door springs went well. The technician was on time and very professional in explaining the repair and prices. I thought the repair was really expense as I recall paying about half the price years ago to have springs replacement done. I am also surprised with 30 days warranty coverage. I would have thought a first rate company like Precision would stand behind its parts and labor much longer than 30 days. Had I known this upfront would probably have inquired before making a sourcing decision for the repair. I hope the new door springs last much longer than the warranty period.

The springs on my garage door broke last Friday. I called another company who had replaced my garage door opener many years back, but they never responded. I decided to contact Precision Garage Door Service and they responded back immediately and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Charlie arrived early this morning and replaced all the parts. He was great! Super nice guy and diligently worked until it was complete and working properly.

I had to have a garage door sensor replaced on one door and the other door needed to be realigned. I called at 9am and a technician was at my house in just two hours! The people who represent the company were both courteous and professional. I would use this company again and would highly recommend them!

Came home to broke springs on garage. Precision was able to come out within two hours of my call. Brock was able to get here early then quoted. He explained the job and offered multiple options. The job was done in a timely manner and Brock went over everything explaining maintenance and all. I would use again !

Of course the spring on the garage door broke on Saturday. I called, they were able to come out in just a couple hours, Mike was very nice and did a great job. We discussed the options and in no time at all the door was fixed. I would recommend them, no pressure, fast and friendly service.

The technician did an excellent repair job. Very fast, professional, and friendly. The costs however were very high and it took 4 days and several calls to get a copy of my receipt.

We were extremely satisfied with your service. Charlie is very good ar what he does. Very pleasant and knowledgeable. we needed something done right away. Our car was in the garage. And no way to get it out. A service man came on a Sunday to evaluate the problem. The very next day Charlie was installing a new garage door. You cant ask for better service than that.

The young man who repaired my garage door opener could not have been nicer. He explained my options quite clearly and told me how much each would cost. Then he let me decide. He did everything in a reasonable time. I am sure he did a very good job.

Were they helpful? yes Was there anything in our advertising that gave you more confidence (e.g., Quick response, Local, BBB rated)? no. I am still in sticker shock. The cost to replace the springs on the garage door is 3 times what I expected. I was in a bind a had to accept.
